Team RMR Takes 2nd Place at FD Finale
Team RMR / Red Bull / Pontiac took 2nd place at the Formula Drift Series Finale held in Irwindale this last weekend. With the largest drift crowd ever assembled at Irwindale Speedway, Rhys was pushing his Pontiac GTO to the limit to stay ahead of what most consider to be most competitive Great 8 in the history of Formula Drift. The mighty GTO battled against Team Falken's Hiro Sumida and Vaughn Gitten (JR), AEM's Tanner Foust and finally Pacific Rim's Daijiro Yoshihara (Dai). Rhys was finally beat out by Dai in an amazing high speed drift battle that is sure to be remembered as one of the years best. The 2nd place finish was enough to secure a 1st place in the Tires.com Triple Crown Championship and a 2nd place in the Formula Drift Championship.

Rally America opens X Games to qualifiers; Rhys Millen selected
(Rally America Media) - There are still four spots left for drivers to compete at the first-ever X Games Rally this summer in Los Angeles, but getting in won't be easy. Drifter and Stunt driver Rhys Millen is the last competitor named by the committee to compete in the high-profile X Games Rally. The at-large entry is a drifting pioneer who has been taking top North American honors in the sport since 2003. He earned the 2005 Formula Drift championship crown in a factory Pontiac GTO. (more)
